Welcome to the North Texas Behavorial Health Authority
The North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA) is the Local Behavioral
Health Authority for Collin, Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall
Counties. NTBHA was created by the Commissioners Courts of each of the seven
counties to oversee the managed behavioral (mental health and chemical
dependency) healthcare service delivery system which serves persons eligible for
Medicaid and/or public behavioral health funds in the NorthSTAR Region.

NTBHA Seeks
Executive Director
The North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA) is
accepting applications for its Executive Director (ED).
NTHBA is the local authority for public mental health and substance
abuse treatment services in the seven
county
NorthSTAR
service delivery area. The ED position requires a master’s degree or
equivalent work experience. Applicants
must be able to demonstrate positive work experience that includes:
managing an office staff, developing and monitoring budgets, working
with a public board, producing complex work within deadlines, and public
speaking/presentation skills. The
salary is commensurate with education and experience.

OFFICE RELOCATION
NTBHA has relocated its
offices to 1201 Richardson Drive, Suite 270, Richardson, Texas 75080.
Board meetings are held in the large conference room in Suite 210 on the 2nd
