Dallas Area Rapid Transit Disabled Reduced Fare Program

DART Paratransit Services provides curb-to-curb public transportation for people with disabilities who are unable to use DART's bus or rail services. Paratransit Services also offers travel training to ADA paratransit eligible individuals who have the ability to use bus or rail services.

Qualifications for Greyhound bus tickets: must be traveling to take care of a funeral for a family member and be able to provide verification, must provide proof of visiting a family member in the ICU at requested destination, cannot relocate people or provide round trip tickets, have to see that they will have somewhere to stay and how they will return.

Qualifications for bus passes: can provide a few bus passes for clients to get to specific destinations (work, doctor appointments, public assistance appointments, etc.), they must provide verification, must bring social security cards and ID for everyone in the house.
