	Provider Council The Provider Council was created to represent provider interests in the NorthSTAR system and to provide input in regional planning and development initiatives. The Provider Council meets monthly and serves the NTBHA Board of Directors in an advisory capacity. Membership is representative of both adult and youth behavioral health providers.
