The North Texas Behavioral Health Authority’s Provider Advisory Council was formed, pursuant to the Bylaws of NTBHA, to represent Provider interests in NorthSTAR as well as regional planning and development and to make specific recommendations regarding the need for and delivery of behavioral health services in the NorthSTAR service delivery area. The Provider Advisory Council serves as an extension of the Board of Directors of the North Texas Behavioral Health Authority
