Available covered services when necessary.

Culturally appropriate and competent service.

Refuse treatment, except as provided by law.

Copies of clinical records and service plans.

Receive information on services and network providers.

Prompt notification of changes in services or providers.

To express an opinion about the provider’s services without repercussions.

Receive from your provider, in terms you can understand, an explanation of your condition, treatment, risks, expected results and reasonable alternatives.
