#1. PAC Requested that chart #3 on Selected Quality & Outcome Measures: Chemical Dependency Performance Measures, % of NorthSTAR members who receive CD RESIDENTIAL Treatment who return to Residential >30 days and within a year of treatment, be broken down by code (201BH, 204BH and 212BH).

#2. Following the above question Chart #4 seems to have a rate that is too high. The question is, does this reflect actual engagement (i.e., actual sessions billed) in outpatient or is it a referral rate (captured in BHIPS in the Discharge Report)?
